Sampling & Validation
Stock: Free samples (<2m) sent immediately.
Custom: R&D samples (10-20 days) for your approval before bulk production.
Contract & Deposit
Sign Proforma Invoice (PI). Standard payment term is 30% deposit to initiate production, with balance paid against B/L copy.
Production & QC
Mass production on our 90+ Karl Mayer machines. We perform 100% inspection (thickness, weight, defects) and share production photos/videos.
Global Delivery
Goods are packed in double moisture-proof bags. We arrange shipping via Shanghai or Ningbo ports and provide all clearance documents.

Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we offer free stock samples (under 2 meters) for quality checking. You only need to cover the courier cost. For custom development samples requiring machine adjustment, a sampling fee applies but is refundable upon bulk order.
Can you customize color and pattern?
Absolutely. We can dye to match any Pantone color or your physical color swatch (Lab dips provided in 3-5 days). We also offer various surface patterns including hexagonal, diamond, and striped designs.
What certifications do you have?
We are ISO9001 certified. Our materials can meet OEKO-TEX Standard 100, REACH, and GRS (Global Recycled Standard) requirements. We also offer functional finishing that meets FMVSS302 flame retardant standards.
What if my order quantity is below MOQ?
We support growing businesses. For orders below 3000kg, we can check our warehouse stock for similar items. If you need a specific custom specification in small quantity, a machine startup surcharge will apply.
