Yes, high-loft 3D mesh (10-20mm) can be stacked to form a full mattress core. It provides similar support to firm foam but with superior breathability and washability. It is especially popular for baby mattresses and medical pads where hygiene is critical.
Is the material fire retardant?
We offer specialized flame-retardant (FR) finishes that meet international standards such as FMVSS302, EN1021, and CFR1632. Please specify your market requirements when ordering samples.
What is the MOQ for custom mattress fabrics?
For stock grey fabric, the MOQ is 200kg. For fully custom specifications (thickness, pattern, width), the MOQ is typically 3000kg. We can provide small sample rolls for prototyping.
Do you offer finished mattress covers or just fabric?
Mefiss Textile primarily supplies fabric rolls. However, our home textile division (Mefiss Hometex) can provide OEM services for finished products like mattress toppers, pillows, and baby mats.
