Spacer Mesh (often called Sandwich Mesh) is a specialized 3D textile comprising three distinct layers knitted together in a single process:
- 1 Face Layer: Determines the visual texture (mesh design) and hand feel.
- 2 Bottom Layer: Provides stability and tensile strength, typically a flat knit.
- 3 X-90° Connecting Layer: Millions of monofilaments acting as micro-springs for cushioning and airflow.
