Application Features

Feature 01

For newborn head shaping pillows, we can combine Mes-tio Shield Mesh™ on the cover with BD2-6N6 style through-hole honeycomb mesh in the core area. With many spacer mesh thickness options, the pillow can stay breathable, washable, less sweaty, and less heat-trapping, helping customers develop products with lower suffocation risk and a safer sleep concept. Our finished-product factory can also customize the complete pillow for your brand.

Feature 02

This toddler pillow uses BD2T-7A LENZING™ certified quilted Tencel™ spacer mesh on the face side for a skin-friendly, breathable, and sweat-absorbing touch. The inner filling also uses spacer mesh fabric, so the whole pillow keeps good rebound and airflow. We can further apply our microwave anti-bacterial and anti-mite treatment, with no chemical additives, to help customers build a cleaner and more premium sleep product.

Feature 03

This newborn support cushion shows how different mesh structures can work together in one product. The pillow and sleep area use Tencel™ spacer mesh for a softer touch and less sweat build-up, while the main support area uses 20mm 3D mesh fabric to support the spine and make holding easier for new parents. It is a good example of zoning comfort with mesh, not with foam only.

Feature 04

For fan stroller pads, BC2-4B2 is a smart outer layer because its textured mesh surface lets airflow pass through the fabric more effectively. When paired with a 10mm thick through-ventilated 3D mesh fabric base, the pad can improve cushioning, reduce stuffiness, and help the cooling air move through the whole seating area instead of staying only near the fan outlet.

Feature 05

This baby crib mattress is a good way to combine air fiber and mesh fabric. The core uses POE air fiber, the inner cover uses B2E-6C translucent mesh, and the outer cover uses mesh quilted with polyfiber. This structure helps buyers develop a mattress that is washable, breathable, and designed with lower suffocation risk than traditional closed foam structures.

Feature 06

This thin kids pad uses a quilted structure of 2 layers of spacer mesh fabric plus 2 layers of thick 3D mesh fabric. With an overall thickness close to 40mm, it feels soft, springy, and highly breathable, while still being easy to fold and carry. It is a useful idea for portable nap pads, travel mats, or compact nursery floor products.

This round play mat highlights another important idea: the cushion core does not need to be foam. By using 20mm thick hexagon through-hole 3D mesh fabric as the inner support layer, customers can create a play mat with strong rebound, better airflow, and a more washable structure.
