We recommended the B2E series spacer mesh, which differs from standard constructions. Both surfaces use 30D monofilament to create a dense and uniform filtering layer. This structure ensures consistent pore size distribution, allowing effective filtration without blocking water flow.

Elastic Support Layer


The middle layer uses DTY bulk yarn instead of rigid monofilament. This provides flexibility and resilience, helping the fabric maintain its shape even after repeated washing and long-term use. Structural stability prevents collapse or deformation that could affect filtration consistency.


Step 4

Reusable & Flexible Use


The fabric was designed for repeated use, with strong resistance to washing and wrinkling. Customers can purchase in rolls and cut freely according to different tank sizes, improving adaptability while reducing both cost and environmental impact from disposable filter replacements.
