Can I get free samples?

Yes, we provide free stock samples (under 2 meters) for quality checking. You only need to cover the courier cost. For custom samples requiring machine adjustment, a development fee may apply, which is refundable upon bulk order.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For grey fabric in stock, the MOQ is 200kg per color. For custom production specifications, the MOQ is typically 3000kg to ensure production efficiency and color consistency.

What are your lead times?

Samples: 3-5 days for stock items, 10-20 days for custom R&D.
Bulk Production: 15-25 days after deposit and sample confirmation. We ship from Shanghai or Ningbo ports.
