Weaving a Greener Future.
At Mefiss Textile, sustainability isn't just a trend--it's engineered into our mesh. From GRS-certified recycled yarns to strictly regulated dyeing processes, we are committed to reducing our environmental footprint.
Transforming post-consumer plastic bottles into high-performance spacer mesh.
Global Recycled Standard (GRS)
We offer fully traceable rPET (Recycled Polyester) solutions for our spacer mesh and 3D mesh fabrics. Our supply chain is GRS 4.0 certified, ensuring that materials are verified from the source to the final product.
-
Verified Recycled Content Using certified rPET chips and yarns derived from discarded plastic bottles.
-
Transaction Certificates (TC) We provide TCs for every bulk order to validate claims for your brand.
-
Same Performance No compromise on breathability, resilience, or durability compared to virgin polyester.
Responsible Dyeing & Finishing
Our commitment extends beyond raw materials. We partner strictly with dyeing houses that adhere to international environmental and safety standards.
Chemical Safety
All auxiliaries and dyes are compliant with REACH and ZDHC guidelines. We ensure our fabrics are free from harmful azo dyes, formaldehyde, and heavy metals.
OEKO-TEX Std 100Wastewater Treatment
Our partner facilities utilize advanced biological wastewater treatment plants (WWTP). Water is purified and monitored 24/7 before discharge, meeting strict government environmental protection grades.
Emission Control
We utilize heat recovery systems in the setting process to reduce energy consumption. Exhaust gases undergo multi-stage purification (electrostatic precipitation + spray scrubbing) to eliminate VOCs.
Nothing Goes to Waste.
Every Meter Has a Purpose.
During quality inspection, large fabric pieces -- sometimes several meters long -- are trimmed from rolls that don't meet dimensional specs. Instead of discarding them, we send every usable cut to our finished goods factory, Mefiss Hometex, where they are given a second life.
Step 01 -- QC Trimming
Fabric Inspection & Trim
During 100% roll-by-roll inspection, oversized or edge-trimmed sections -- often 2-5 meter pieces -- are carefully separated and logged by batch.
Step 02 -- Internal Transfer
Sent to Mefiss Hometex
Trimmed fabric is transferred to our BSCI-certified finished goods factory -- Mefiss Hometex -- located within our production ecosystem, eliminating external waste disposal entirely.
Step 03 -- Second Life
Crafted into Finished Products
Skilled workers at Hometex cut, sew, and finish the fabric into small consumer goods -- baby stroller liners, cooling mats, pet beds, and more -- ready for retail or OEM delivery.

Our Sustainability Loop
"Fabric that passes our quality bar for bulk rolls still holds full value for smaller applications. We designed an internal loop so nothing leaves our ecosystem as waste."
