B2E-6C is a 1.8mm ultra-light spacer mesh fabric with large hexagon mesh, smooth monofilament surface, high airflow, and stable double bottom structure.

The large hexagonal honeycomb pattern creates a strong and modern visual effect, suitable for mattresses, apparel, and pillow products.
Both sides use 30D monofilament yarn, giving the fabric a flat, clean, and refined surface suitable for skin-contact applications.
The open mesh structure on both sides improves airflow and light transmission, making the fabric feel more breathable than regular mesh.
With only 110GSM, the fabric is very light while still keeping a certain firmness and wrinkle resistance. We support OEKO-TEX and REACH testing.

No. Although lightweight, the double bottom structure helps maintain shape and basic support for mattress and apparel applications.
What makes this fabric more breathable than standard mesh?
The large open hexagon structure and through-hole design allow more air and light to pass through compared to smaller mesh styles.
Is the surface suitable for direct skin contact?
Yes. The smooth monofilament surface is clean and flat, making it suitable for pillows, mattress covers, and apparel.
Can this fabric meet export market standards?
Yes. We can arrange OEKO-TEX Standard 100, REACH, and other required testing based on your target market.
What do you inspect after dyeing and finishing?
After dyeing and setting, we check color difference, color fastness, width, GSM, thickness, mesh appearance, handfeel, elasticity, and fabric defects. Only qualified rolls are packed for shipment.
For visible surface fabrics such as BD2D-4B, BD2-7C1, 2BD2-6B1, and BC2-4B4, mesh appearance and color consistency are especially important.
How is spacer mesh fabric packed?
Most spacer mesh fabrics are packed in rolls to keep the fabric flat. A normal 3mm spacer mesh roll is often around 50m per roll, while thicker 3D mesh may have fewer meters per roll and a larger roll diameter.
Outer packing can be a plastic bag, double plastic bag, or plastic bag plus PP woven bag, depending on whether the customer is a factory user or distributor.

Yarn Warping
We arrange and prepare the yarns carefully before knitting, so the fabric structure stays stable from the very beginning.
Warp Knitting
The fabric is produced on warp knitting machines, where the surface, bottom, and middle yarns are formed into a breathable spacer structure.
Greige Fabric Inspection
After knitting, the greige fabric is checked for holes, yarn defects, uneven mesh, and other visible issues before moving to the next step.
Pre-setting, Dyeing & Final Setting
The greige fabric is first pre-set to stabilize the basic structure and prepare it for more even dyeing. After dyeing, the fabric goes through final setting to adjust width, thickness, mesh appearance, and handfeel, so the finished spacer mesh fabric stays more stable in color and dimension.
Finished Fabric Inspection & Rolling
Before shipment, the finished fabric is fully inspected, rolled neatly, and packed according to order requirements.
