How do you control width, GSM, and thickness in bulk production?

Each fabric has process records, including yarn specification, yarn count, needle arrangement, setting temperature, speed, width, and tension. During finishing, we check actual width, GSM, thickness, mesh shape, handfeel, and elasticity. For fabrics like BD2D-11B, BD2-6N6, and BC2-6B3, process stability is especially important because handfeel, stretch, and thickness are key performance points.
