B2E-4B5 is a 1.5mm lightweight spacer mesh fabric with diamond mesh, smooth surface, high transparency, and stable double bottom structure.

The red-bean size diamond mesh creates a simple and modern look, suitable for mattresses, underwear cups, apparel, and footwear applications.
Both sides use fine 30D yarn, giving the fabric a flat, smooth, and clean touch, ideal for close-to-skin products.
Same mesh structure on both sides improves airflow and light transmission, making the fabric feel lighter and more breathable.
With 190GSM and double bottom construction, the fabric balances lightness and stability. We support OEKO-TEX, REACH, and color fastness testing.

Yes. The smooth surface and lightweight structure make it suitable for innerwear, cups, and garments requiring comfort and breathability.
Will the fabric be too transparent for certain applications?
It has higher transparency than regular mesh. If needed, we can adjust structure or recommend alternatives based on your product.
How does this fabric perform in terms of breathability?
The double-side open mesh structure allows better airflow compared to many standard spacer mesh fabrics.
Can this fabric meet export market standards?
Yes. We can arrange OEKO-TEX Standard 100, REACH, and other required testing based on your target market.
Does fabric width affect GSM, thickness, and mesh shape?
Yes. Spacer mesh fabric is a 3D structure, so width setting is not just a size adjustment. If the fabric is set narrower, GSM may become higher and the mesh holes may look slimmer. If it is set wider, GSM may become lower and the mesh holes may look flatter.
That is why we recommend choosing an existing stable width when possible. For example, BD2D-11B is 160cm and suitable for soft baby and bedding products, while BD2-6N6 is 220cm and better for thicker breathable panels.
Can you speed up urgent orders?
If greige fabric is in stock and the color is not complicated, we can try to arrange faster production. However, dyeing, fixation, drying, heat setting, and inspection still need enough process time.
For urgent orders, we recommend choosing stocked fabrics and standard colors first, such as AC1, BD2D-11B, BC2-4B4, BD2-7C1, or B2E-6C.
